Enhanced ServicesSafety Critical Element (SCE) SurveysWe can carry out initial site/installation surveys to identify safety critical elements (SCE's) from Re7 upwards (or an Re scale you specify). The affected areas are photographed and line numbers or structural elements tagged within the photographs. These areas are then identified on structural, P&ID and isomeric drawings. Finally, all information is supplied to you in electronic form. Corrosion SurveysWe can carry out an initial site/installation survey to identify all corrosion and coating breakdown. The affected areas will be photographed and line numbers or structural elements tagged within our photographs. The affected areas are then identified on structural, P&ID and isomeric drawings. Finally, we provide a detailed Re value spreadsheet identifying line numbers, structural elements, vessels etc, which is supplied to you electronically. Full Corrosion, Coating Condition, Insulation, Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) and Fire Protection SurveysWe can carry out an initial site/installation survey to identify all corrosion and coating breakdown. All the insulation (or an agreed percentage of it) can be removed. Once results are recorded, we will replace the insulation where required. We can survey the fire protection in place and assess its integrity, confirming or discomfirming it as appropriate. The affected areas are photographed and line numbers or structural elements tagged within the photographs. These areas are then identified on structural, P&ID and isomeric drawings. Finally, we provide a detailed Re value spreadsheet identifying line numbers, structural elements, vessels etc, which is supplied to you electronically. Work Pack Production and Work Area DesignationWith this add-on service, we provide a detailed work pack from information obtained during the survey and designate work areas. Each work pack contains sufficient information to carry out repair works by work area. Each work area is agreed during the survey stage and is aimed at minimising disruption to ongoing site/installation production or operation. Third Party InspectionSurveying, producing work packs and designating work areas is the foundation for success. But to check the finished result meets the specification, your best option is to have the work expertly monitored throughout the project. First, we discuss the specification with you and the contractor, providing advice as required. Then we supply a NACE level III coating inspector to check all requirements are met. We work closely with your chosen contractor, verify works and inspection documentation and provide final acceptance documents on your behalf.
